Window Cleaning
You can have your windows cleaned as a ‘one off’ or regular service. We provide 4, 6, 8 and 12 weekly clean cycles.
We use water fed poles and pure water window cleaning for all outside windows. This allows our team to reach the most hard to get to windows.
Window cleaning includes a wash over frames, sills & doors on every visit.

Conservatory Roof Cleaning
localWindowClean uses purified water and sometimes cleaning chemicals to clean and bring up like new any conservatory roof.
We use telescopic poles with specially designed brush heads for cleaning the glass or opaque roof panels, frames, and decorative fixtures.
Service 03
Soffits and Fascia Cleaning
localWindowClean uses purified water that is manufactured at our local depot.
We use telescopic poles with specially designed brush heads for cleaning the fascia, soffits and gable parts of your home. We sometimes use a self-foaming cleaning chemical that gets into all of the nooks and crannies.
Service 04
Gutter Clearing
localWindowClean uses specially designed gutter vacs with 3000 watts of power to remove all the unwanted debris collecting in gutters.
This helps prevent water damage to your home from over flowing gutters or damage to the guttering itself by removing heavy moss, leaves and dirt build up from the roof tiles.
Service 05
Patio & Driveway Cleaning
localWindowClean uses both pressure washing and soft washing equipment depending on the type of dirt, environment and surface.
We pressure wash driveways and patio’s leaving them looking like new. We may use a surface cleaner or lance or we may use soft washing chemicals depending on the requirements.
