Ordering services could not be any easier. Select the service; answer a couple questions, then hey presto.
All that you need to do is accept the quote and book the job.
All new jobs are automatically slotted in to our scheduling after you have selected the date. You will then be notified the day before you’re clean date.
New customers will sign up to our automated payment system. After your windows are cleaned the system will then take payment by direct debit from the card details you provided during your sign up within 3 to 5 days of the clean date. No more forgetting to pay the window cleaner. It is all taken care of.
You will receive an automatic notification the day before service. This is to inform you in case you need time to undo any padlocks or low bolts to your back gate.
If you ordered a service such as a gutter clear out, or a conservatory roof clean for example the system will automatically send you a notification to ask if you want it doing again the following year. Just like a reminder.
Services online can seem a little intimidating or even a little frustrating at times especially if your request is not a clear-cut one and needs some extra explaining from you or extra reassurance from us.
